A love of coffee, an eye for quality craftsmanship,
and the passion to blend both is why LatteMaestro
was founded,
and a likely reason you are here today reading
this page.
We here at LatteMaestro are life-long coffee
connoisseurs ourselves.
Having lived in Europe and traveled around
the world sampling coffee on every continent,
we understand what it takes to make the best
espresso.
Through our travels we've discovered that the
best coffee in the world comes from Venice.
While visiting there, we stopped at numerous
street cafés and sampled the richest,
most aromatic espresso we've had in our lives.
Then we spent months researching the best way
to recreate the perfect espresso here in the
US, and the method is simple:
• Fresh (not expensive) coffee beans,
proper grinding, dosage, and correct tampering
• Brew only with Italian craftsmanship
(they did invent it, after all)
• Practice & experimentation (creating
quality espresso and using quality machines
both have learning curves.)
A true coffee lover invests money in a quality
machine and the investment of time to practice
brewing.
If this is you why, purchase a machine sold
at chain store that will break or collect dust
shortly after purchase?
LatteMaestro only sells machines that are made
of the same high quality materials found in
commercial machines and only generate steam
using brass boilers and copper group heads,
which may be healthier than aluminum boilers,
and also have greater heat efficiency than their
stainless steel cousins.
